Participant Age Range: Pre-K & Kindergarten, with some sessions also including parents/guardians

During 3 x half-day workshops — co-facilitated with Carmen J. Hernandez — children and parents at Highbridge Nursery in the Bronx were engaged to create a community quilt. This project was specifically designed to boost parent engagement with the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum’s Cool Culture 'Literacy Through Culture' initiative at Highbridge Nursery.
